Shipping
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours. Monday through Friday 8 AM. through 5 PM. excluding holidays. You will be contacted within two business days if we have any problems processing or shipping your order. You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing, just email us at info@duhfish.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.

Returns
We will refund or credit the value of any defective or incorrect item(s) and any taxes you were charged within 30 days after shipment was processed. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable. To receive a refund the original packing invoice should accompany your return. Ship all returns to the address below.
